The men's and ladies' golf program is led by the PGA certified Director of Golf and complemented by a world-class team of male and female PGA professionals. All provide superior member services and golf instruction to encourage the development of all golfers. Golf is an individual game, so instruction, whether individual, clinics, short game golf school or on-course golf instruction, is personalized, intuitive and rewarding.   • Andy Zullo, PGA

    Andy Zullo is a Class A member of the PGA and has over 25 years experience as a Golf Professional. Andy was born in DuBois, Pennsylvania, and he has lived in Florida since age 12. Andy holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, Gainesville, where he was a four-year member of the golf team. He earned All-American Honors in 1986 in addition to finishing third individually in the NCAA Championship the same year. Andy earned Southwest Chapter, PGA Player of the Year in 2005.

    Prior to joining the Bay Colony Golf Club family in 2010, Andy served as Director of Golf at Shadow Wood Country Club, Bonita Springs, FL and Estero Country Club, Estero, FL. He previously served as Assistant Pro at Quaker Ridge Golf Club, Scarsdale, NY.

    Among his peers, it has been said that “Andy Zullo is the Pro to the Pros.” Among our Members, it has been said that “Andy Zullo runs about the finest men’s and ladies golf programs we’ve ever experienced.”

  • Chris Shultis

    Chris Shultis is a Class A member of the PGA and has over 17 years of experience as a Golf Professional. Chris was born in Delhi, New York and has lived in Naples, Florida since 2006. Chris holds a degree in Business Administration from the State University of Delhi where he was a four-year member of the golf team. Chris plays competitively during the off season within the South Florida Section. Prior to joining Bay Colony Golf Club in 2021, Chris served as the Head Golf Professional at Verandah Golf Club, Fort Myers, FL, and The Club at Gateway, Fort Myers, FL.

    Chris is a skilled instructor, who takes pride in watching members and their guests excel in the game. He is diligent in teaching the fundamentals, all while making the game enjoyable. Chris is very knowledgeable in tournament operations and brings new experiences to the Bay Colony Golf Program.

  • Valerie Osborn, PGA

    Merchandise & Ladies Golf Program Manager

    Valerie is a Class A member of the PGA, an AGM member and Certified PGA Professional in Retail. Valerie holds a dual degree in Business Administration - Marketing and Business Administration - Organizational Behavior / Business Policy from Southern Methodist University, where she was a four year letter winner of the women’s golf team. Valerie played on the Futures Tour as a fully exempt player from 2002 to 2005.

    Valerie joined Bay Colony Golf Club as Merchandise Manager in 2008. In the same year, she was honored as “Southwest Florida Merchandiser of the Year” by the PGA. Prior to joining Bay Colony Golf Club, she served as Merchandiser at Crown Colony Country Club, Ft. Myers, FL and Merchandise Manager at Pelican’s Nest, Naples, FL. In 2007, she was honored as the recipient of the Acushnet PGA Apprentice Scholarship.

    Due to popularity of the Ladies Golf Program at Bay Colony Golf Club and Valerie’s popularity among the members, she was promoted in 2011 and added Ladies Golf Program Manager to her credentials. She wears many hats, including private golf instruction and ladies and mixed golf clinics. For our ladies who are members, there is nothing like having a lady PGA Pro on the staff.
