Bay Colony Golf Club recognizes the significance of protecting the privacy of children under the age of 13. Any information collected for children of members, guests, or employees is provided directly from a parent or legal guardian. Any other information is not knowingly collected by Bay Colony Golf Club. If a child under the age of 13 provides personal information without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, the parent or guardian can call Bay Colony Golf Club at 239-592-9515.

Sharing of Information

Bay Colony Golf Club may share personal information with our subsidiaries and other third parties as we deem appropriate. Doing so allows us to efficiently conduct our business.
